Married to my wonderful spouse Steve (love of my life) for 18 years, and together we have 4 sons ages 20 (Andre), 16 (Trevin), 14 (Zhan), and 12 (Demian). My family is my life and joy and I spend as much time with them as I can. We enjoy the outdoors together, hiking, fishing (all except one of my sons), and fishing. I could not work when I was having my children because of high-risk pregnancy (I had 2 miscarries) so I decided to receive an education. I have obtained an associates, bachelors, and a master's degree in business management. I was fascinated with how a business was put together and how it made it work. I have always wanted to be a successful businesswoman and set an example for my children. I also love to read, learn new skills and information, as well as art (any type of art). Art is what brought me into the culinary program at Dixie Technical college. I first saw it when my eldest son graduated from the welding program. It piqued my interest when I saw they provided a culinary program.  I've always loved watching Food Network channel and I got bored with cooking at home, I was cooking the same type of food I always do and stuck to what I knew. I wanted to learn more and expand my knowledge on preparing food and provide a variety of foods. I didn't realize how much of a passion it was for me until I got into the culinary program. I love how someone can put an artistic twist into their food. Make it not only something to eat and enjoy, but something beautiful to see as well.  I enjoyed the Banquets and Catering part of the program so much that I decided to do my own business. I love how you can make your food beautiful, delicious and make it a memory for someone's special day.

I am born and raised in St. George and have two sons my oldest Brayden ( 23 ) married to his wonderful wife Avery, and my youngest son Riley ( 21 ) married to his wonderful wife Shelbie. I love spending time with them and cooking family meals for them any chance I can, we enjoy camping, fishing, hunting, and riding atv's every chance we can.I have Alway's had a passion for cooking and when the opportunity to pursue that passion at Dixie Tech Culinary Arts Program presented itself, I jumped at the chance to turn my passion into a culinary arts degree.  I enjoy creating dishes and turning them into a work of art,  presenting them and seeing people's faces light up is very fulfilling.    I look forward to providing our beautiful community with fresh, wholesome, made from scratch food for any and all occasions.
